เป็นโครงการแรกๆ ในซอยสุขุมวิท 101 ข้อดีคือห้องที่นี้ค่อนข้างกว้าง ถ้าเทียบกับโครงการอื่นๆ ตั้งอยู่ติดกับถนน พื้นที่จอดรถค่อนข้างเยอะทั้งรอบๆ โครงการและชั้นใต้ดิน ข้อเสียคือโครงการค่อนข้างเก่า ตัวห้องต้องซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาค่อนข้างเยอะ
