นี่คือคอนโดทำเลดีมาก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน ใกล้แหล่งงาน แหล่งช็อปปิ้ง แต่ราคาจับต้องได้ การเข้า-ออก ปลอดภัยด้วยระบบแสกนลายนิ้วมือ สระว่ายน้ำ outdoor และฟิตเนสที่มีอุปกรณ์หลายอย่าง การออกแบบโครงการค่อนข้างจะผู้ใหญ่หน่อย ไม่ใช่สไตล์โมเดิร์น จึงอาจไม่ถูกใจวัยรุ่นนัก แต่น่าจะตรงใจกับผู้ใหญ่ วัยทำงานที่ต้องการคอนโดทำเลดี และเชื่อมั่นในแบรนด์เก่าแก่อย่างศุภาลัย
