โครงการตั้งอยู่ที่ลาดพร้าว 48 เป็นที่ๆอนุาตให้เลี้ยงสัตว์ได้ ตัวโครงการค่อนข้างเก่า อยู่ในซอยลึกและตัน แต่ราคาถูกสำหรับคอนโดที่อนุญาตให้เลี้ยงสัตว์ได้คะ ราคาเช่ามีถูกสุด 4500 แต่ไม่ใช่ทุกห้องจะเลี้ยงได้นะคะ ต้องขออนุญาตจากเจ้าของก่อน สภาพแวดล้อมเหมือนอพาทเม้นทั่วไป ไม่ได้น่าอยู่มาก อาจมีเสียงและกลินของสัตว์เลี้ยงรบกวนได้คะ
