โครงการดี โครงสร้างแข็งแรง ไม่มีรอยแตกร้าวตัวเสาและผนังตึก นิติบุคคล ยาม ลูกบ้านน่ารัก อบอุ่น เดินทางได้สะดวกทั้งสายสีเขียวเข้มไปสีลม สุขุมวิท และสายสีน้ำเงิน MRT รถไม่ติดหน้าคอนโดใกล้ตลาดพลู ใกล้สถานีรถไฟตลาดพลู มีร้านอาหารใต้สะพาน แถวข้างๆคอนโดมมกมาย อร่อยขึ้นชื่อคะเช่น ขนมกู่ช่าย อาหารไทย ญี่ปุ่น จีน ใกล้BRT ปี54 น้ำไม่ท่วม ถ้าใครสนใจอยู่อาศัย ที่นี่น่าสนใจมากคะ แม้จะมาเป็นเจ้าแรกๆแต่AP condo ชื่อเสียงดีมากคะ พี่เองก็อาศัยที่นี่คะแล้วมาเป็นเพื่อนบ้านกันนะคะ ขอเชียร์คะ
