better living than a multistory hirise complex, this hidden gem situated in between tiwanon rd and pak kret bybass in bang phut village area, featuring 2 accesses to major roads, clean fresh and well presented with palm lined avenue and adourning statues with spacious grounds gated entry on 2 roads secure and safe overall well maintained and tastefully designed with few new shops starting up on ground levels , 3 buildings ABC with A being the oldest and C newest prices reflecting this 6 story low rise and underground parking as well as on avenue, quiet and peaceful generally a better option than a multi story hi-rise, i felt more like living in a park avenue atmosphere than a overcrowded sky scraper, low cam fees and nice sitting areas with childrens play area and outdoor exercise area
