ทำเลที่ตั้งถือว่าดีมาก เพราะตั้งอยู่ตรงสี่แยกบางนา ติดกับทางขึ้นด่วน มี sky walk ไป BTS สถานีบางนา ตรงข้ามเป็นไบเทคบางนา ในโครงการมี community mall เล็กๆ ตั้งอยู่ ทั้งร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ สถานเสริมความงาม สะดวกมากๆ ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง เพียงพอ แต่สระว่ายน้ำ และฟิตเนสที่นี้ค่อนข้างเล็กค่ะ
