เป็นคอนโดราคาถูกกว่าอพาทเม้น สภาพแวดล้อมดี น่าอยู่อาศัย สิ่งอำนวนความสะดวกครบครัน ราคาเช่ามีเริ่มต้น 4500 สำหรับสตูดิโอ หรือ 1 นอน 60 ตรม 8500 ถือว่าถูกมาก ส่วนราคาขายมีเริ่มต้นเพียง 8แสน มีสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส ร้านค้าร้านอาหาร 7/11 ที่จอดรถ รปภ ตลอด 24 ชม ที่จอดรถเยอะมาก มีทั้งหมด 4ตึก ABCD แต่ตึกดีแยกนิติในการบริการ ที่นี่มีชาวต่างชาติพักเยอะมากคะที่ยุโรป เอเชีย เพื่อนบ้านน่ารัก สังคมน่าอยู่ แนะนำมากๆสำหรับคนงบน้อยแต่อยากพักที่สังคมดีๆ
