ทำเลถือว่าดี ติดรถไฟฟ้าสถานีเสนานิคม พื้นที่ค่อนข้างเยอะเมื่อเทียบกับบริเวณส่วนกลาง เนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้แหล่งมหาวิทยาลัยควรมีCo-Working space มากกว่านี้ แต่โดยรวมถือว่าสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและสภาพแวดล้อมดี
