Big kitchen I make coffee every morning and cook, so I built a kitchen larger than a typical studio's · oversized sink (I hate water splashing everywhere) · plenty of cabinets · range hood · wooden countertop

Brand-new washer-dryer (Apr 2026) washes and dries in one machine, 2 hours · very quiet · placed inside the unit, no need to go downstairs

️ Drying balcony with bird netting you can dry inside the machine, but if you want morning/afternoon sun there's an outdoor rack · the netting keeps pigeons away

️ Daybed + new TV bought a brand-new daybed sofa specifically for the rental, never used · perfect for chilling and watching Netflix after work

Night mode I have a favorite lamp I turn on alone before bed · the room glows warm, great for reading before sleep

🪑 New mattress + Flo desk ordered a new mattress just for the rental · the Flo desk is a tall bar table that switches modes between solo work and hanging out with friends

Spacious wardrobe + split AC large sliding-mirror wardrobe holds tons of stuff so the room stays tidy · separate AC for the bedroom means you only cool what you're using and save on bills

🪞 Mirror in the kitchen zone placed intentionally to make the room feel bigger · also gives you another angle to check yourself before heading out

Separated shoe-removal zone bonus of zoning the unit is a dedicated shoe area · keeps dust and dirt out of the bedroom

Minimalist bathroom in gray-black tones · large mirror · sink with plenty of space for toiletries · slow-close toilet lid · Rainshower

Digital doorlock for people who hate carrying keys or tend to forget them · code or card entry, makes life much easier

Saen Saep canal view facing the canal, some buildings in the way but certain angles peek through to Rama VIII Bridge · the night view is cool and pleasant, easy to leave the curtains open

Well-managed by the juristic office major cleaning rounds throughout the year · common areas are tidy with no junk left around · staff recognize residents

Building sits on a corner of the soi cars get in easily without going deep into the lane · taxi/Grab pickups are super convenient, no long walk to the soi entrance

️ Classic gym fully equipped for an older building, treadmill/dumbbells/weight machines all in good shape · ideal if you don't need a luxury gym but want one that actually works

Common area with a Siam-Ratchathewi view small reading table · nice breeze · good change of scenery from inside the unit

Laundry shop downstairs drop off work clothes/blankets · no need to leave the building

Sip 'n Drip my favorite craft beer bar · they serve great coffee during the day, the owner curates every beer himself

Gimbocha grandma's tea house, perfect for non-coffee drinkers who want some Chinese tea · quiet atmosphere · this soi has lots of cats you'll meet them along the way

Saratta.Space gallery in the middle of the soi with new exhibitions every month · free to visit, always inspiring

LERT's the hottest film lab right now, located right under the building · a dream for film camera lovers, no travel needed

️ Siam Pathumwan House new building on the soi, walk straight through to Siam Discovery · easy to grab a specialty coffee

Soi entrance near BACC/MBK another 5 minutes walk to Siam Paragon/Siam Center · safe at night, the whole soi is well-lit, women can walk alone comfortably
