Unixx South Pattaya เป็นคอนโดที่ตั้งอยู่บริเณโซนเขาพระตำหนักอยู่ใกล้เคียงกับท่าเรือแหลมบาลีฮาย-เกาะล้าน สิ่งที่ชอบมากๆเลยของคอนโดนี้คือ ส่วนกลางชั้นดาดฟ้าสามารถมองเห็นวิวอ่าวทะเลเมืองพัทยาได้อย่างชัดเจน ยามเช้าให้ความรู้สึกร่มรื่นอาจเป็นเพราะอยู่ติดกับภูเขา เสียงรถเลยไม่ค่อยไม่เยอะเท่าไหร่เหมือนกับคอนโดมิเนียมที่อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ด้านล่างมีคาเฟ่เล็กๆเหมาะสำหรับบางวันที่ต้อง WFH แล้วอยากพักผ่อนในวันหยุดก็สามารถทำได้ การเดินทางก็ไม่ได้ลำบากเพราะมีตลาดใกล้ๆ ร้านอาหาร และร้านสะดวกซื้อต่างๆในระยะไม่เกิน 500 เมตร
