เดินทางสะดวกสบาย ใกล้จอมเทียน ส่วนกลางบรรยากาศแบบทะเล ร่มรื่น สงบ ใกล้ทะเลหาดจอมเทียนแค่ 800 เมตร เครื่ิองซักผ้าด้านล่าง มีชั้นดาดฟ้าไว้นั่งเล่น ที่จอดรถไม่ต้องเดินไกล
