Very nice view. Corner unit with glazing on two sides, both bedrooms have open city views. The balcony faces east and looks straight down onto Camp Davis and the Starbucks branch people actually queue up to photograph. Nothing blocks it. You get the morning light, and by the afternoon the sun has moved to the other side, so the unit stays cool and the aircon doesn't have to work hard. Downstairs there's BYBLOS, a Mediterranean place with a really nice atmosphere, and directly across the road you have both a 7-Eleven and a Lawson 108, so late-night runs are never a problem.

The unit is fully built-in throughout and completely furnished. All appliances are in, including two smart TVs. Both bathrooms have hot and cold water, American Standard sanitary ware, with one electric toilet.
