U Charoen Estate, a pioneer in real property development, was incorporated in 1975. We started from leasing and initiated the concept of a 30-year lease, as well as introducing “Town House”, a unique housing design that accommodated the need for parking space as the city grew.We took approaches that enabled us to see new perspectives in developing land and unlock business opportunities. In contrast, others could not imagine that such approaches would bring the bright future of urban communities in Bangkok.
