The lounge also has a sofa-bed, what more could you ask for? With ceiling fans on the balcony and in each room, this beautiful apartment has a sea-view and feels like the perfect retreat. Not only is this a sound investment, it is producing an income from day one. I spent a year setting this place up in 2022, but now its time for me to go home to the UK so I must let this lovely place go. The beach is a 10 minute walk even for an old man like me, 7-11s everywhere, Rawai beach has a very large number of great restaurants and bars but also has a sleepier, respectable vibe. A condo like this doesnt appear very often, act quickly!
