4 Bedroom Villa for sale at Manor Phuket 6829891

This single-storey villa is brand new: construction is complete and the property has been handed over by the developer. Set on a 472.5 sqm plot in Manor Phuket, it offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms plus a guest powder room, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and a covered terrace opening onto a private 7 x 3 m swimming pool. There is covered parking for two cars.
Two custom upgrades were made to the original design. An outdoor pavilion (sala) was built next to the pool, fully equipped with a ceiling fan, LED lighting and power outlets, giving you a shaded place to relax outdoors at any time of day. The kitchen was also modified to accommodate a dishwasher.
The handover inspection was carried out together with a professional inspector. A detailed defect list was drawn up, and every item on it has since been rectified.
