3 Bedroom Villa for sale in Maret, Surat Thani 6891518

Completed in 2025, this contemporary single-storey villa sits in a peaceful lane of the Lamai coconut grove, one of the most sought-after residential pockets of Koh Samuis east coast. The owners have since added a slatted pergola over the terrace and finished the interior decoration, so the villa is sold fully furnished, equipped and genuinely ready to move into. The 38 sqm open-plan living area combines a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining space and a lounge, all opening through large sliding glass doors onto the terrace, the pool and the sala. The three bedrooms, from 20 to 25 sqm each, are accessed directly from the living area and each has its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a practical layout for a family. A guest toilet and two storage rooms complete the interior. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are fitted throughout, and the construction was designed to Western standards with particular attention to thermal comfort.Outside, the 46 sqm terrace is now shaded by a pergola and leads to a 3 x 6 m Bali stone swimming pool with a saltwater system, an outdoor shower and a 17 sqm covered sala furnished as a second lounge. The 320 sqm plot also includes a 24 sqm covered private parking area and easy-maintenance tropical planting, with views over the surrounding coconut trees.LocationQuiet residential lane (Soi Ta Won) in the Lamai coconut grove, Maret, on the south-east of Koh Samui.
