Duplex room with ocean view 1946201

It is a precious room on the highest floor (35F and 36F) of the Duplex room, which has only 6 rooms. One of the few pet-friendly condominiums in Pattaya!
There are no mosquitoes at all due to the 35th floor.
It is cool because there is almost no direct sunlight.
Therefore, I use the air conditioner less often.
A Jacuzzi with a view of the ocean and a private garden make this room unique.
The Jacuzzi also has hot water, making it comfortable to use even during the coldest of nights.
 
The garden area is large enough to enjoy gardening and barbecue.
